Madam Secretary often touches on real life issues, and the fourth episode of this sixth season centers around a decorated marine attempting to compel the government to address the problems with the Veteran’s Administration, all while dealing with his own PTSD. This is my small contribution that episode.
The sixth season of Madam Secretary airs tonight, October 6th 2019 at 10:00 on CBS, and continues the storyline for Elizabeth McCord, facing new challenges across the globe as President of the United States.
Linda Powell, the daughter of General Colin Powell, will guest star in the sixth season premiere of Madam Secretary.
Powell will play an FBI director in the episode. She follows in the footsteps of her father, who appeared in the fifth season premiere of the CBS drama alongside Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright.

Alan was brought in for the second season to work alongside the Transcenders who have been scoring the show since the first season. “Madam Secretary” airs 8 pm on Sunday nights.
